API

Access detailed incident information through the newly created Incidents API, provided you have Access Incidents and Find Incidents rights, and the Incident module is enabled.

This API efficiently provides essential incident details, enhancing performance by not extending into asset or work order information. You receive key incident data, including IDs, Status, Type, Location, Dates, and Descriptions.

FAC-62185

API

You can now access and manage incidents with the enhanced Incidents API. With Access Incidents, Find Incidents, and Create Incidents rights, you retrieve incident details using the GET method and create new incidents with the POST method. The system adheres to security settings, ensuring full compliance and a streamlined incident management workflow.

As a Named or Unnamed Guest, you can initiate incidents while adhering to your specific access privileges, which exclude the use of GET or PATCH methods.

FAC-62186

API

The OtherCosts API now accurately includes the Tax Amount in the total cost calculation when the Other Tax Rate Enabled flag is set to No, rather than applying a tax percentage.
